98 Expedition starts, dies at idel unless gassed

About a month ago I did all major service to my expedition, tune up, plugs, all consumables. It shortly there after would every once in a while would turn over for a few seconds then die. Then a few minutes later after leaving the ignition on, it would start right up. Now it won't stay running at idle unless I give it gas above 1k RPM's or it will die. Any ideas?

Check the Idle Speed Control Motor. SOunds like it is not working and keeping the idle where is is requested by the PCM.
