Why do people hate grammar?

I was browsing AF tonight and came across several posts that were headaches to read. submitted, for your entertainment, one post below. Read through it and count the number of periods, commas, or other common punctuation.

People who write like that are lazy. My guess is that most of those folks are going to be part of the "You want fries with that?" crowd for a long, long time.

Yeah, I know what you mean Yogs...but I'm quite lazy, and I still manage to get over there to the . when need be...

Example, a few summers ago, our TV remote broke...so I taped to yardsticks together and prodded the TV channel up/down button from afar...unweildy and inefficient as hell, but damnit! I wasn't going to move!

People just spell everything like it sounds nowadays...Which is really aggravating because it might sound like one thing to one person, and something else to another....

I'm surprised nobody has brought up the people that can seem to spell the words 'one' 'two' 'you' 'any' etc. Those people drive me nuts.

The ones that get me are those that bitch about one person's abbreviation of a word when they themselves can't spell very well anyway.

Not really, I have seen a lot of people with the same gripe.
I even deal with it at work where people misuse and mis-pronounce words (pronouncing height, "heith") and then they mock me because I pronounce a word differently.
It's like somebody bitching about spelling yet they themselves can't spell very well.

BTW, it's "come on" or "c'mon". "common" has a completely separate meaning
