VQ35 doen't start, radiator fan constant

Hi all,
I am 1st year Auto Apprentice. I need help. I was working on Infinity 2003 model VQ35. Vehicle came with camshaft position sensor problem (OBD scan). Engine start but long crank.

I removed the CPS harness and tested power supply. However, accidently touched the power source (inserted paper clip) with the body frame (while key was on ACC) and there was a spark. Then radiator fan started running constantly at ACC (even engine was cold), Engine light symbol was gone and engine does not start anymore but just cranking.

I checked all the fuses, including radiator fuses. (but have not checked relays yet).

What could be the problem? Thank you for any suggestion and help.

there are 2 fuse boxes, one under the hood and one inside the car, did you check all the fuses? also need to look at the larger PAL fuses in the fuse box under the hood
