need help with a 1997 supercharged z24

I just purchased a 1997 cavalier 5 speed the car has a supercharger on it already aftermarket fuel pump, bigger wires, bigger injectors, aftermarket fuel rail, header, egr is ran to header now instaed of block off.in short the car looks to be done rite.
#1 first issue no egr on the car and is throwing a low voltage code for the egr

#2 second issue if you ease in the throttle car runs great if you jump into it it bogs down at mid range sometimes you can make the car push threw the bog and it boosts great. Thats the reason for a new clutch this weekend putting a stage 3 ceramic in it with a 6 puck disc

So on that note any help would be greatly aprieciated on this small issue and again its a 2.4l supercharged

was the egr valve replaced when it was re-routed?

also, what do you have for exhaust? were the cat and muffler checked/replaced/upgraded?
