PCV on a KA24E
Help. I am trying to replace the PCV on a KA24E. I know most of you guys have DE's but you might know. Where the hell is it located. I can not seem to find the thing. Please help!!!!

It is probably the same on the KA24E but the pcv valve on the DE is located under the intake manifold and it screws into the oil separator. just pull off the vacuum hose and then you can just unscrew the pcv valve from the oil separator.

Sorry I asked such a stupid question. But your answer didn't seem to help much. Wrong answer try again. My intake manifold looks nothing like your. In fact my engine doens't look like that either. The airbox sits right on top of the vertically mounted trottle body. Mainifold goes down and "S"'s back up, spliting into four. I have the ventalator so I know what I am looking for. But I can not seem to find it, or the hose coming from the crankcase. The one on my Z was a lot easier to locate.

found this pic on http://www.angelfire.com/extreme/haw...dy/engine.html so look for your alternator and then you should be able to find it. you can also see the oil filter in the pic, which would mean the pcv valve is below the intake manifold.... just like I said in my first post
