First,make ten crutches.It's better to cast in the same mold then bind it.


The above is a version of type one because I didn't take pics with final version.



You can see there are some different between version one and final version.
To strengthen the structure,I cast it and that trimmed it.



Finally,combine two part and cast it again.
The result ,see the pic given below.

Sorry for misunderstanding.
The lettering on the tyres was printed by ALPS printer.
The decal was coated with clear.too.
