I was wondering if anybody has swapped Out the Factory (OEM) radio ( mine is the low end single CD and One AUX input) with a better version ( the navi, the 6CD change with Mp3 and so on) from the same year or from a later year 08 or 09.
I just need to know what goes into it ... will i need additional wires or will any modification need to be made etc....
The thing i see the most when people want to upgrade their radio with one that has NAV or satellite is that some vehicles have to have modules added to make everything work like it should. The Nav system will have extra wires since yours doesn't already have it. For stuff like the antenna. On some vehicles you can get Mopar accessory add on kits for stuff like what your wanting to do.
