Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet
Greg could be a talanted photoshooter, but not automotive for sure Exterior and interior pictures do not show significant and interesting details at all. That means the lack of technical automotive knowledge. Even static automotive pictures should move imagination.

Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet
Must've missed this 1st time round...Nice set of photos from a bloke with the best name in the world but you were obviously too slow with the philips screwdriver on the chassis plate when you saw it

Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet
Based on the front plate, it looks like #067 has made its way to Scottsdale for the week of auto auctions.

Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet
Presumerably he'll drive it more often so it doesn't set itself on fire again.

Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet
I really don't think the fire was a result of letting it sit. Given the cause was traced to a failed cataltyic_converter that overheated, I don't believe that can really be blamed on lack of use.
That said - my hope for all the cars is that they see some regular use. >8^) ER Last edited by Peloton25; 01-19-2012 at 04:33 PM. |

Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet
The owner of #065 and #066 was spotted at the Gooding auction this evening, so there is a small possibility it could be one of his cars instead. More likely the latter chassis number, I would assume given an obvious desire to keep the mileage low on #065.
