That would be the screaming of your passengers
Seriously, you may have a turbo shaft bearing that is on the way out, or you may have a partly-blocked oil feed line to the turbo, so sufficient flow is only produced when the oil is warm and has thinned-out.
How frequent have your oil changes been?
I would suggest to change the oil and try a synthetic. Also, avoid punching it until the oil has warmed-up. You could try adding a block heater and plugging the car in to spped up warm up times.
However, be prepared the turbo bearings may simply be heading out the door and the turbo will eventually need replacement.
