1999 z28 wont start....

ok i so have a 99 Z28, i dont drive it often. so i have it in the garage, and i dont unhook the battery and it sits for 3-4 months. so of course the battery dies, now that i have the battery recharged it wont start. the stater just clicks, and the gauge needles do this weird thing where they go all the way to the right really fast, and then slowly return to the left. any ideas??? thanks

Does your security light come on, on the dash?

A clicking starter sounds like your starter went out. The clicking is basically a failed solenoid in the starter unit.
