Clutch advice

I have a 1999 Mazda B2500 TL that needs a clutch replacement. I'm looking for a good kit and notice that they have some that are "auto adjusting" and others that aren't. That does that mean and does my truck need a certain one? Also suggestions for a reliable brand would be helpful. I'm leaning towards Sachs. Thanks
