92 honda civic dx grinding noise in engine

i have a 92 honda civic dx
theres A grinding noise in engine or like something rubbing and it loud when driving ,when im going up hill its slugish and it spudders at time and it shifts kinda ruff in 1 and 2 gear .its a tuned out automatic with a d15 (stock im guessing) with cold intake and exaust.flys like hell on highway and i recently had new bushing and all put on so its not a suspention problem.any cluses or idea's on what it can be .i bought the car stock like 3 weeks ago and added all the aftermarket thing on this week.
