Replace PAX

I have a 2006 Nissan Quest SE that came with the PAX run flat system. I got fed up with the high cost of maintaining PAX and replaced them with 4 new rims and tires. Everything works great including the TPMS. The car came with a jack but no spare tire so I've been on a hunt for a spare. When I do searches online at Nissan parts sites for the rim, the drawing that pulls up of the spare tire looks like it has 4 holes. However, the wheel plate on my car has 5 bolts. I was told that there was no difference between the wheel plate on a PAX version of my car vs a non-PAX version. Is this just a case of a bad drawing or is it possible that a non-pax version of my car would have a wheel plate with only 4 bolts while the pax version has 5?
