GPS Update for LS430?

I'm new to this so please excuse my inexperience. I recently bought a lease return 2005 LS430 and I like the car very much. However, I'm disappointed in the primitive GPS. The dealer says the available update will only add more street names but it wont change the view of the road, etc. Does anyone know if there is a more modern update?

Dealer is correct, the new cd will update the maps but not the way it looks.
