Canceling an Extended Warranty

Has anyone cancelled their extended warranty and been told that you have to go to your state's Taxation Department to get part of the refund? This is what I was told and I find it absolutely ridiculous. If anyone has been through this, I would greatly appreciate some advice.

I would prefer you a site called advertising link removed by moderator you can get all about extended warranties for Cars, Trucks and other automobiles. Hope this will help you.
