Citroen Xsara WRC - Heller

Greetings. It is my new project. Citroen Xsara WRC from Heller. I have decided to change this set a little. Has begun with a body. Cut out all holes, has reduced diameter of wheel arches and has increased width of back arches.Has altered a back rear wing

Has decided to alter completely the chassis of model. Tire covers has replaced on Tamiya. Has made other fastening wheels. All bottom part of the car is closed by protection. Has made only shock-absorbers and levers of a suspension bracket.





I shall be glad if it will be interesting to you to see my work.

Very nice ideas......LOOKS AWESOME!!!. I am working in the same Xsara (montecarlo'05 version) and I am going to following your W.I.P., even when it means to rebuild the underchasis, that is already painted (50% built). Good luck friend!.

Hello.Thanks for your responses.Answers to your questions:
Blue paint -It Tamiya TS15.But I have made one mistake. Painted blue from above red. Therefore blue color has turned out more darkly.
Fade-to-yellow I painted from airbrush.Paint did very strongly diluted

You've done some impressive modifications on this Heller kit. And I too am watching your work closely as I have 3 of those kits lying around here (sorry Spike ... Apart from the shop Sean mentioned, www.domino.be has also several of these in store (I've seen them myself last weekend at Euro Scale Modeling in the Netherlands)).

I especially am interested in the way you made the front wheels moveable. Looks great and adds a lot to the appearance of the car.
