darc mica blue / TS-64 / 2003 repsol - automotive paint option

next color to solve. what do you think, is there any color available in automotive paint shop to mix instead using tamiya spray or zero?
any ideas?

Official Honda codes, hopefully you can make something out of it.

Color name: PB-123P-A, Midnight Blue Metallic flake.
Color code: PB123
