2003 intrepid wiper motor or switch problems

My wipers and sprayers stopped working. I checked the fuse, relay, changed the wiper motor(wasn't it) I do I know if it is the switch or something different?

Get a multi-meter and wiring diagram for your wiper switch and see if you have voltage into and out-of your switch. This will at least help you narrow it down.

The switch includes the turn signals and high beams which continue to work but no wiper or sprayer action

If it is a tilt column, check the multi function switch connector to see if any wires have been pulled loose. Press each wire toward the connector to make sure that they are firmly seated in the connector.
