1991 Chevy C1500 4.3L Dies No Fuel

I have a Chevy c1500 with a 4.3L SFI (Z) /TH700R4 2WD.
This truck will start up fine cold or warm, drive it a few miles or all day never know when it will happen but the engine dies and starts back up. this may happen 2 or 3 times in a row in sometimes a few seconds to up to an hour then quits completely will not start again when this happens there is no fuel pressure the relays click on and off 2sec, I can't hear the pump run at all.

When it completely cools off like the next day then it starts right back up. I first noticed this stalling when I was pulling a fence out of the ground. I did not stomp the gas and slam the chain to conan jerk the fence out. I just pulled the truck agains the chain and eased the gas on till the fence began to give. This was lunges and stops and it stalled and started 3 times and then stopped completely it started the next day like it never happened.

After that I was trying to back the truck on ramps and I had to make several attemps to get the truck up the ramps and it stalled 3 times and quit, next day it starts!!!!

I replaced the intank fuel pump with an updated turbine version with the intank wire kit and a new filter. There are no codes from the ecm either. It runs strong when it runs... I checked all the wiring to find no shorts or corroded grounds.

I read in another thread that this could be the ignition module (Igniter) but this was on a 94 C1500 4.3L 5 speed, are these the same module?

The truck has quit 3 times and I had to be towed home each time..

Help on this issue would really be appreciated

When it quits check for lose of spark or fuel pressure.
\Post back what it is losing.

The engine is receiving good spark, just no fuel pressure, the relay is clicking 2sec. the fuel pump is 2 weeks old w/filter. After it sets and competely cools off (Overnight) it will start like it never happened.
I tested the circuit at the fuse it has current. Could this be the ignition module (Igniter)?

Check for power to fuel pump gray wire with engine cranking or 2 second prime up key on.
Also check fuel pump ground circuit.
Does fuel pump run?
If it runs does it have proper fuel pressure?

On your truck it is best to start a NEW THREAD and give all info pretaining to your truck and your problem.
Year make and model and engine mileage and 2-4W
