Re: 91.50 problems

You meant that you replaced the fuel filter and did not clean it out? You can't clean a fuel filter only throw one away. Be more specific about the heater. Does the fan operate on the heat? Is it just coming out of the defroster and not getting hot in the passenger vents? You've checked the fluid level in the cooling system so that's all right. Does the engine temp gauge show that it has warmed up? You may have a thermostat that's stuck open. It could be that the vacuum to operate the controls is not present. Need to check for loose or worn vacuum lines.

I think you are hearing your electric fuel pump when you say you can hear giving it the gas through your speakers. Also, the power window through your speakers is because you need a capacitor on the hot wire going to the sound unit that you have. If that doesn't work you would have to put shielded wire going to your speakers. I had a CB radio that when broadcasted, came out my speakers. It was annoying to say the least. Hope you get er fixed.

Re: 91.50 problems

thanks so .. but another problem has happened. The fuel pump I guess was cleaned out but now I'm having the same problem. I just filled the tank up but the car doesn't turn off. I was told it sounds like its not getting the gas where it needs to be to start. I tried to rock the car a little bit but still nothing. HELP PLEASE I don't know what else to do but wonder what the fuel relay does and if mine is bad?
