Repair manual?

I've got a 2001 Acura EL 1.7 and I can't seam to find a repair manual for it....however somebody told me that this car is pretty much the same has a civic and that I'd be able to do just fine with a 2001 Civic repair manual....is this true or is that guy just saying random nonsence to convince me to buy a manual...

Thanks in advance! :P

Re: Repair manual?

There would be similarities... But not 100% the same. The manual may be available for download from a free source by now.
