98 cr-v overheating

So my cr-v has been pushing coolant out of the system. I’ve tried replacing the cap and the radiator. Still doing it. Does not do it on the freeway, but driving in town it try’s to overheat. Two years ago had the head gasket replaced and it ran great up till about 6 weeks ago. No oil in coolant and no coolant in oil. Sits for 2-3days the cooling system still under pressure. Any thoughts?

Check your fans and make sure they are coming on.

Yes, the fans are working correctly. Forgot to add the in. I have replaced the thermostat with factory one.
