Unknown brand but 1/24.
was a toy (not a model)very wellused by some blond kid, and I found yesterday at a local loppis.
Volvo FH16 XL globetrotter....
wanted to make theme real real tired and dirt, as from russian crash terrible viedos on youtube...

somewhere in sweden, probably deep north...















cause volvo trucks are always sooooo deadly f´kin cool...

Nice weathering. Are these Emek brand models? Not too sure. You said you bought them at a loppis... Yeah. I think they are Emek brand. Its Finnish brand.

at least as I know the dumper truck should be emek (took it in uddevalla torp toys store), but that other tractor is not,and has no emek logo under.
And honestly has more details than emek ones, as open doors and full engine, despite...just a well well used toy.All the details of cabin panels are much more sharper and the toy is quite heavy.
It also has a friction system on the rear wheels making the typical truck sound.
Really cool. I think in the area of my lokal loppis there is some volvo workers, cause I found some strange and very welldone misteryious toys from Torslanda...Including a very strange volvo xc70 in 1/18 scale...
U really should see my face when I buy theme..LOL..MORE than ashamed..

Love theme, love volvo stuff...even more if heavy.

eh you are right Charles. I just made the pics quick and with no serious pourpose to spot a model (being basically toys those ones, even if so cool).
Those pics were made in marstrand, deep night, with windstorm outside, and you wellknow how dark and cold could be our beloved sweden still in this season.

The Fh tractor is now actually in italy (u should see faces in landvetter when they check my luggage..LOL..) and is already booked by 2 guys that would like to buy it .
No idea of a price, being a loppis origin toy , but cool to see how easy people can like those big trucks a lot and so quick.

Trucks are really really cool. Right now I am "inside the tunnel", and just bought the italeri reissue for magirus /iveco canvas truck, ordered the kit 767 of the fiat 190/38 and prepared the wheels of my 690 for casting.
More: probably next week I will be directly at Italeri factory and spend some big money there... I know myself.

last but not least....here was my other weathered truck, I made it in late 90s. he won everything possible at any contest. Then I hide it for 5 yrs and just after this I restart show him after popular request, and he restart win all.
