Slicks!

I need some 17"-15" slicks for a time attack car. I know Fujimi put slicks in their old race Integra sets, but are there any others out there in that range?

NASCAR slicks from those kits have sidewalls that are WAAAYYY too tall. What options are out there? All else fails, I'll have to figure out how to just make them from plastic/resin/something.

Re: Slicks!

Any mesurement you could give us? I might be able to help you out finding some but if you could give me inside and outside diameter as long as witdh need, it would help.... Actual size is best..

Re: Slicks!

I only have the wheels I am using in 17" scale so far, not the 16", but the measurements for tire I would like to fit the wheel I have are:

3/4" or 19mm i/d
1/8" or 3.2mm sidewall
1" or 25.4mm o/d
1/2" or 12.7mm wide

The other wheel will be slightly smaller, but the sidewall on the tire needs to be the same. A rubber tire that was slightly smaller (say, 17, 17.5mm i/d) with the correct sidewall would be ideal, because a set of four would fit front and rear, the o/d working itself out with the sidewall staying the same.

If nothing can be found, I have some slicks from the old Tamiya BTCC Accords that I can cut a pie wedge out of and make work.
