97 Eddie Bauer, P1151 P0401(?), amongst other things

Hi yall!

We recently bought this rig, a huge step up from the non-running, ratted out Rodeo we have. That said, the check engine light, ABS light, and 4x4 light are all on, and I need a little proper guidance as to where to start on fixing these things.

I pulled the codes at Autozone, and got the 1151 and the 0401(I think, whatever the EGR code is). EGR one I think may just be a plugged tube as it has a lot of miles on it. As for the 1151, I've read a lot about the vacuum line on the back of the intake being a prime suspect, so with that in mind - where's the back half of the engine??? I quite literally can't see it! If anyone can post up a pic of the back of the intake and all its lines and such, I'd be most thankful and would email cases of spirited beverages in appreciation. Is it possible that fixing the EGR issue would clear both codes?

As for the ABS light, all I can think is to clean or replace a wheel sensor. Anything else that can actually fail in the system other than the pulsator motor(I just came up with that) itself? The 4x4 light stumps me completely. It's in 2wd now, and it goes in and out of 4wd. The light just won't go off!

As far as driving it, it's amazingly smooth! Only thing I notice is that coasting down the road, if I JUST EVER SO LIGHTLY touch the throttle, it does this kind of herky-jerky thing, surging and stalling. A teeny bit more throttle and it goes away, and gets smooth as silk. Any ideas?

Thanks for any help you guys have on this in advance(not meaning to plug any parts stores here)!
