2004 Blazer 6 cd changer doesn't work

My CD changer has 4 CD's in it but does'nt show any. I removed the radio & tried to manually remove the discs but couldn't. I didn't want to butcher the radio or discs, so I put it back together & tried again at getting the player to eject the discs. It now shows disc 4 but no others. It will show "Initializing" on the display as well but doesn't get past that. The radio works fine. Any ideas on how to get my discs out &, hopefully, make this thing work again ? It all started with my fuel pump dying on a busy highway & a tow by an a**hole who broke my steering lock among other things. Thanks in advance.

If tow truck cause damage.
Take the tow truck place to small claims court.
Also your insurance company may cover you on the comp end of insurance.
