02 2.7L oil light on

02 2.7L engine 150K,

Oil light comes on at idle, is this a oil sludge problem like the older 2.7 or a sending unit problem.

I had this exact same issue on an 04 2.4L stratus.. no matter what you do the light will not go out? mine was the well they call it the oil sending unit/ oil pressure switch depending on who you called or asked..fixed that and my light has not been on for about a year.
