2001 Fuel Lines

Went to change my fuel filter the other day and noticed that the fuel lines are very rusted from just ahead of the tank and all along the drivers side frame rail. Has anyone changed these? The hardest part seems to be reaching up along side the tranny and bell housing by the back of the engine. Any tips/tricks or special tools besides the quick disconnects? Will the lines come out of the clips easily or will those have to be replaced as well? I have the right part number (15765803). I figured I would do this when I replace the fuel pump which I've already ordered. I knew the pump would probably go sooner or later, but wasn't counting on the fuel lines rusting out like that. I guess it shouldn't suprise me, I had to replace every brake line about 5 years ago!
