Vibration While driving

Hello.

I have a 2007 Saturn Relay LWB, I realize there is a saturn thread, but it's pretty bare, and it's the same as the SV6.

My question is this.

Our van will occasionally have a wierd vibration occur. Usually when I turn slowly left into our driveway, but on occasion it will happen while driving at any speeds and any direction but mostly if I turned slightly left.

Thanks

Paul

Re: Vibration While driving

We have had similar problems with our van. It ended up being a worn front rotor. I would check (or replace) the rotors and brake pads. Pads are cheap. rotors not so cheap. But the cruddy build up on the rotor is very noticeable. also check to see if you brake caliper is floating properly.

Check your outer tie-rod ends for play.

Figured it out.
It was the parking brake.

I cheated though, and applied it partially and drove for about 30 feet, then released it and all is well.

Many thanks

Paul
