2001 Town and Country Oil Cooler Line Part Number

I have a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8L. I recently had to replace the rear heating lines and got to looking at other rusted lines. I'm trying to find the part number or name for the solid line going to the oil filter cooler which runs across the front of the engine. It ties into the cooler with a hose and clamps.
