Re: exterior lights blink when car is off
Headlamps and brake lamps are two totally different circuits fed by different fuses. Is there a security system on the vehicle?

You might check your owners manual... it will tell what fuse feeds the security system; unplug the fuse and see what happens in the morning. This is a place to start, it might tell you if the problem is with the security system.
