1998 Sunfire engine codes

My friend's sunfire has a few codes in it, and I've pulled them out. Looking for tips on what may be causing these codes.

P0442 - EVAP Emission Control System Leak (small)
P0342 - Camshaft Position Sensor A - Bank 1 Circuit low input
P0125 - Closed Loop Fuel CTRL Insufficient Coolant Temp

We suspect the 442 may have been caused by a fuel cap, and it has been replaced, but the others are a bit more worry some. The engine is a 2200. The car runs great, so I'm not sure if the others are anything to worry about or not, or what we would need to check. Any tips?

P0442 - You are probably right with gas cap, or there's a bad rubber hose somewhere.
P0342 - Clean electrical connector going to the cam sensor, and use dielectric grease.
P0125 - It's taking too long for the coolant to get normal operating Temp.
Suspect-
1) Shortage of coolant
2) Bad thermostat
3) Is the electric fan running during warmup, because of a stuck on Relay?

I'll have him check the fan. I was thinking the thermostat may need to be changed. Probably the easiest thing to try first.

For the P0342, where is the sensor on this car? Easy to get to? Cleaning is something that sounds like it should be easy. (we've all had "easy" jobs that turn into nightmares)
