Unhappy 96 Lesabre 3.1 no run question.

I have a 96 with a 3.1 that I had to replace head gaskets on. After that was done I found the car had a bad fuel pump so I replaced it. On first start up the car idle was 4700 rpm for about 15 seconds and I shut it down. I checked all connections and restarted with the same results. The third time the car started but shut down after three seconds. Re checked the fuel pressure and it is fine. Filter is new as well in it. I do get a MAF code. Anyone know where I should look next? The car starts but shuts down after 3 seconds each time.
