1997 camry remote

hi, i spilled water on rs 3000 under seat alarm or horn blared door locks clicked by themselves i unhooked alarm and deprogrammed remote cleaned circuit board w alcohol trying to reprogram remote wont work at all any ideas or help will be extermely appreciated thx
