Unhappy 94 Olds 88 3.8 LSS Injectors not spiting please help

I have a 1994 Olds 88 LSS Royal 3.8 v6. I was driving down the street and it just died like I was outta gas. So I had it towed home and had a few people look at it and everyone said it was the fuel pump. Well yesterday I changed the fuel pump to no avail. We proceeded to the engine and found that we have fuel in the fuel rails and the Injectors read 11.6 on the Ohms meter but there is no fuel coming from the injectors. There are 6 of them. Im wondering if all of these could go bad at once or is there something I'm missing. I have Checked ALL the fuses and nothing is blown. We checked the valve on the fuel rail and there is no gas present in the line . Any advise would be greatly appreciated .. The car ran perfect before this. The only thing I have done to it was a GM VATS Bypass but the car ran for months since that repair. Thanks in advance.

If the car cranks the Vats is usually not the issue, will it run spraying starting fluid into the intake do you have spark? basic diagnostics.

Re: 94 Olds 88 3.8 LSS Injectors not spiting please help

Yea spraying staring fluid in the throttle bodie gets it to fire up but it just dies after the ether is gone. We have spark and Fuel to the Rail but nothing coming from any of the injectors. I did a ohms test on the front injectors and they were 11 I believe. I was just reading up on using a test light to check for pulse. I havent tested the pressure (dont have the tester) But I did change to a new fuel pump so it should be good right? Thanks

FP has nothing to do with injector pulse, either a fuse is blown or one injector is shorted pulling down the others, check the resistances on the others and get a noid lite set to check for pulse, they are about 15.00.

Re: 94 Olds 88 3.8 LSS Injectors not spiting please help

Well I changed the Rail and Injectors and still have the same problem. My book says that there is a fuse (spot 8 10 amp) Checked it and all the other fuses in the car and there fine. Im waiting on a Noid test light now. Also bought a new battery.. Could the ECM have anything to do this?

Yes but that would be very unusual. Of course make sure you have 12v at the injectors.

Re: 94 Olds 88 3.8 LSS Injectors not spiting please help

JD- yes the check engine light is on when I turn the key over. Dont know about when running yet lol Fuel filter hasent been changed yet but its next on my list.

I changed the Cam Sensor last night. I pulled the old one and I had it tested at Autozone and they determined it to be bad. Reading info on the Cam sensor I see that it is what tells the Injectors to pulse. I didnt get the car to fire up but it started raining so I called it a night. Gonna possibly put my old Injectors and Rail back on this morning and see if it makes a difference. 4 Straight days on this car Im gonna be ticked if it was that sensor all along lol Thanks for the help guys ill report back
