erratic DIC High Oil Pressure Reading

My DIC on 2000 Buick Lesabre has been acting erratic (flashing weird characters then shutting off then turning back on). when it comes back on and I cycle through the gauges, it says the oil pressure is 130 or 131 (used to read 60-65 lbs). Changed oil and it still reads the higher number. Is this a malfunction of the DIC or is the oil pressure really that high? How would I check? Service engine soon light came on today, as well. First time since this DIC and oil pressure reading has been happening. Thanks for help.
