94 Astro ext awd oil cooler line leak

I have a 94 astro awd, ran into a problem where the lower oil cooler line knocked on a bolt and it caused a small hole, or maybe it looks also like melted a small hole, now i would like to replace it and is there a easy way to do it or special tool to use do i remove some things to go from top or bottom? I mean mechanic can do it what am i missing here. Is there a tutorial or something on how to replace it or a manual, i got two kids and its hard to use a 2 door jimmy any help would be great thanks

Re: 94 Astro ext awd oil cooler line leak

Most auto parts stores have them in stock, or can get them. Dorman part #625-180 & #625-181. Here is one of them, the other is similar:

No special tools involved. Unbolt at each end, remove the bracket that secures it in place, (next to the oil pan) and remove the old line.

Missed that.... check with the auto parts store, they should show a listing for it. The AWD lines might come as a set. (RWD you can get them individually.)

The Master is correct. I replaced the oil line set on my '00 from general stock at the parts store - AWD. Not a difficult job at all but can take some time.
