Whistling noise at highway speeds.

I have a off and on whistling noise at highway speeds. almost sounds like a door seal isnt sealed completely. but all the door seals look good, i lubed them up with some dry lube.
Its 95 4 door 626.
Its really annoying when im driving west because if there is even a slight headwind it gets to whistling a lot. it doesnt make it at low speeds. Anyone had this issue?
