ford engine problems don't konw what to do

i have a 2000 ford focus sport (i guess thats the one with the zts engine) the engine keeps stalling out then i have to pull over and let it sit for about 20 mins before i can start it again i some times get a check engine light but not always. im always geting a misfire in Cylinder #4 and one i got a misfire in Cylinder #3 (haven't gotten that in a while)i've already changed the spark plugs,the wires,the Ignition Coil,the Fuel Injectors,the pvc and egr valve and the car heats up but i dont get a reading on my Temperature gauge and the fan doesn't cut on. i don't really what else i can do the mechanics keep telling me they don't know whats wrong with it

I had a similar problem with a different car. It was a crank shaft sensor.
