missing on 1 & 2

Just replaced the intake plenum for the second time. Now 1 & 2 cylinders are giving me misfire codes and it's true. It's running very poorly. Is there a "common" possibility for both to be missing, or do I troubleshoot individually? I'm thinking fuel flow/pressure because they're both at the front of the engine. Thanks for the input, Ken

Do you have #1 & #2 wire terminals in the correct position on the coils? Did you put new plugs in? Have you checked the wires?
