fuel smell

I have a 95 chevy blazer, 4.3 engine and i've been getting fuel smell which seems to be coming from the back drivers side, around the tank area. I replaced the tank a few years ago but this problem just started. I investigated and I can't find any trace of gas. The smell is there when it is parked or running but I don't notice it all the time. thanks

Check all vent lines and vents and look the filler tube over good.
Filler tubes have been know to rust out.

If all else have a repair shop put a smoke machine on it and test for leaks.
