Arrow 98 accord transmission hard shift from stop

98 accord ex v-tec 4cyl,234k miles. The transmission from a stop shifts hard into 1st when putting it into drive, and when coming to a stop. It also searches for 2nd when accelerating, and will not go into 2nd without letting off the accelerator for a second to let it catch up. There are no fault codes, and I've even flushed the transmission with seafoam, and changed the fluid three times, and it has made no difference. Fluid was replaced with O.E. honda atf also. I've pulled the shift solenoids and checked operation on those as well. They read 31ohm's cold or hot which is just above spec of 12-24 ohm's, and 16ohm's from pin #2 to ground. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

When you flushed it, the seafoam must have lifted all the junk accumulated for years and clogged oil passages.

Bad sign.

It was already doing this before the seafoam flush. I just thought that just might take care of the problem
