1992 V6 Camry Distributor Wires (HELP!)

Hello Everyone,

I NEED HELP!!

My engine has been missing at certain speeds.......sometimes at start up and then at between 20-30 kms./ hr. so I decided to replace the ignition wires as a beginning.

The new wire set has the same lengths as the old set however when I put them on the No. 2 cylinder wire going from the most left cylinder of the engine on the front bank when you are facing the front of the car seems to be too tight to reach the proper distributor cap port.

Would somebody provide me with a picture or diagram of the proper installation layout of the distributor cap and wire location going to each distributor cap location when you are looking at the cap (3VZ engine).

I have a haynes manual showing the layout, however it is somewhat confusing and I sure would appreciate some help
