head lamps stay on

hey guys i got a 99 silverado and my heads lamps come as soon as i start the truck and the drl's don't work i've tried the dome buton trick and that did nothing ain't had time to look at anything else just yet
firgured i could get a few tips from u guys on where to look other than fuses

I would replace the light relays first ..then I would think its the BCM..

bcm controls the relays !

Mine have been on for the last three years, I figured it was the light sensor on the dash. Doesn't bother me, it's like a safety thing for me.
