Looking to buy an AE86

So, i live in japan. Right now I drive a mitsubishi FTO but i'm looking at getting a AE86 for my next project. Was trying to get some insight on the motors available for them. I still got till december until I can buy another car, so for now I was just going to buy the engine and put it on an engine stand and slowly build it up until then. Should i go with the 4AGZE, 4AGE 20 valve, or just a straight 4AGE? I am looking to make this a turbo project as well. Any info helps TY
