Cool Racing techniques (Heel toe downshift, etc.)

By the way, can you guys explain how double clutching would benefit this at all? Especially in a car with synchros while not skipping any gears? It's just a waste of time, it's not the 1920's anymore.

Someone wanna explain to me what granny shifting is?
