LEGAL ISSUES:
1. Is there anything strictly against this in
Ontario?
2. Do I need mudflaps if it protrudes beyond
the car body?

I've had so much car bs lately, don't tell me I can't
ghettoize my car, please..
I'm not so up on the legal implications, but, mounting your rims/wheels the other way round will affect your offset and scrub radius relationship.

Such will impact how the car handles, reacting to steering inputs, etc. Kind of like adding spacers beyond a certain width.
