Brief update:
Still working on the trans, gears are all removed from the shafts. I was able to use a bearing puller but I highly recommend that if you can access a shop press by hook, crook or by paying a shop (gasp) that you have the countershaft 2nd & 3rd gears pressed off. I had a fun time with the puller. The other gears / syncrhos came right off so if they charge for each press job you can get away with just that one. And if you are using a gear/bearing puller set, you're probably going to need a 12 carriage bolt because the puller arms in my kit at least were too short. My puller required a 3/8 X 16 bolt. Don't know if that's standard or not though.
My computer is giving me problems and my laptop doesn't have the storage for me to keep and post pics. I will do so as soon as I get the computer fixed. Just figured I'd check in.
