A small quantity won't hurt it, short term. But I'd use the turkey baster method to get as much out as possible, refill, drive a bit then repeat until the fluid looks new.

The reason is that the moisture from the washer fluid will cause corrosion over time...corrosion will be worse over the winter. It can also freeze and cause binding to your power steering (ask me how I know).
