nice witeup in the works.
MY wife's 2000 Envoy has the same problem...blows hot air. A/C lines are cold.
My first suspect was the blend door actuater.
I replaced one on a Ford Windstar and what pita!!@!!!!!!!!!
Do you have more details on the swap/replacement procedure?
